Any news on DNP back event?

Its been more than 12 hours now and i have not received any response from anybody after submitting tickets and forums post about the DNP back event, not having received the rebate. Has anyone been able to contact them or hear anything from? Its been frustrating considering i feel like they are ignoring us and not giving any news about.

They are already looking into this issue.
