Has this game changed since nexon departed, for the better or the worse? did anything happen also is it pay to win?

It's always been pay to win. Just like every other MMO. Also since Cherry Credits is responsible for our event's they've been a lot more consistent. As for things like patches and server stability it's only been two weeks and we won't know until the 27th when we get our first patch post-transfer.
