Nice failure server

It's really really nice to see how the OFFICIAL server, mean from developers of the game is too shit.. they don't care about fix stuffs, nobody answer your questions and issues. I see admin online but he doens't do anything, only read the topics and do nothing and where's the cm's? gm's? i see many players getting problems with the game and 0 replies, even players won't answer.. of course that's not they problem anyway.. well.. the game die on nexon and probably will die on developers hands. Rip Dn Eyedentity.. my question is, how can on the SEA and privates server don't have those bugs, issues, problems and they can run fine the game.. you can't even enter in the portal here... game crash on loading screen, game froze when you try to enter in the portal or you DC when you try to enter.. nothing work.. it's look like CBT or even WORST than ALPHA... i only managed to do until the 3 quest.. and now i can't enter in the dam portal.. .it's about 30 min i'm trying

admin isnt doing nothing. theyve been cleaning up the forums due to spam.
ED has already said multiple times that theyre addressing certain bugs and issues on patch day.

and if youre having technical issues you need to send in 1:1 inquiries on the main website instead of complaining on the forum that you claim none of the administrators read.

i've leveled 3 new characters recently and haven't encountered the same issue as you, so it could be a problem on your end instead of the server.

There's no problem with my "end" ... so why on dnSEA i can play normally but with lag, and here have this problem? Btw i already sent a 1:1 inquire and i doubt they will answer... i can walk freely on mana ridge, talk with npc everything normal.. but only when i try to pass the portal i got DC.. so i don't think this is a problem here.. and this happen on every channel.

Not sure, however considering the vast majority of players haven't experienced the problems you've described, I think it's safe to say that it's on your end.

A quick advice, have you tried re-installing the game?

i already did everything, i even uninstalled the dn from cherry credits, made a fresh install... rebooted my router and moden.. i'm still have no idea what's going on

Hard to say dude. I never experienced a single crash nor a DC except once when it was a maintenance and i didn't notice. The game is stable and i don't see this game dying anytime soon when our players increased like 400%.

I'd do a fresh/refresh install of whatever windows you're using, check your internet stability, try downloading using steam instead of the launcher, make sure your drivers and everything is up to date. Other then that if that does not fix it try playing it on a new computer and see if It's stable, if it is, then you know the problem.

Try asking nicely next time instead of bringing your personal salt to the forums.

I'm using w10 pro x64, i7 3770 3.6ghz, pny gtx 970 4gb, 8gb ram corsair vengeance ... i already reinstalled many times, cleaned trashs from my pc, internet is 60mb here and everything is fine.. and i can't download the NA version from the steam cuz, when i enter in the page says that unavaiable on my region location.. so i downloaded from the website.. there's no ipblock i belive, cuz i can enter in the game, did the tutorial, talk with npc and see players running around, but when i try the first quest, i can't pass the portal, i got DC .. with one account i got DC after security password, so i did a another account that i can enter in the game, but same problem.. can't pass the portal, i got DC or sometimes the game freeze but the BG still, chat freeze too, and i only can close the game by task manager.. cuz the keyboard get locked all keys while game open.

EDIT: Btw sorry about my salt thing.. just cuz i'm comming from SEA, uninstalled.. and i think, well the server is from the developers of the game, so was better play on NA than SEA.. and i salted really salted cuz i tryed all day to play on NA and still same problem.
