Snipers: Raw Phys% weapon gems or Convert to dark?

As title says, is it better to stay with %phys gems or go to dark atk? This also applies to soloing or play in a group nests as well.

Element convert definitely give your more damage. (Phys dmg*(1+element dmg%)) If you have radiant necklace or earrings, convert to dark. Otherwise light and dark are same because of the phys dmg +light/dark tech rings.
