Missing Tinkerer Hairstyle!

On more than one occasion has this Hairstyle been revealed to everyone in advertisements for upcoming contents. I have literally seen it for about a year or two, and still it's not in the cash shop! Does anyone else notice this? I have been looking forward to it for so long.

a lot of people have been looking forward to new hairstyles as well as direct dye purchases but for some reason we're still not getting our cash shop updated to match other versions. Shame.
