Update Notices

Just curious how early we get notified of updates (patch contents)? A week before? A day before? An hour before?! I just feel like we aren't really kept in the loop atm... Someone tell me I'm not the only one pls.

Just a bummer not knowing whether to spend nightmare star points or save em beforehand and whether to buy items or not. Wish they would at least post patch notes earlier
