Last page of storage deleted?

I had just finished TKN HC with my friends and I went to my bank to sort through it, where it glitched and said "item index not found." I relogged and when I got back my last page of storage was deleted, along with whatever was in it and I can't access it anymore. This was the page that I received last month for transferring my account over, and the timing looks about right if this was a limited 30 day thing, sigh. I know this has also happened to 1 other friend, I'm curious to know if this has happened to anyone else.

I sent in a ticket because I'm pretty sure this isn't supposed to be a limited thing, I still have my page of inventory space so hopefully they'll fix it. However, I don't think the ticket will be addressed until Monday because it's the weekend now. :/

Quick Fix: Empty one whole page of storage into your inventory, And re-log your account. The missing items will reappear into the emptied page.

Yes! thank you! I got a scare there for a bit.
It better not have been temporary. My storage's been cut in half, and my inventory's full now.

I knew eventually people will dislike eyedentity in the aspect of fixing stuff there almost just as bad. At least nexon addressed the issues. There customer service sucks too. The good thing is the events and also the updates seem fine.
