Class Change?

Can someone explain the Class Change scroll to me?

You can switch your second specialization and third specialization with the scroll.

Example: You started out as warrior - swordsman - gladiator but you then class change to warrior - mercenary - barbarian

The base class cannot be changed (going from warrior to cleric) and your appearance stays the same.
