Where does Ultimate Theano drop from?

I believe regular theano drops from abyss 93 dungeons, but where does the ultimate come from?

The only way i know is Hero`s Box

I got my Ultimate Theano from a Hero's Box but I've seen people get them through TKN HC end screen chest reward thingy (through the system messages). I'm not sure if you can get them from TKN Abyss.
