Help me choose a class please

Hi all,
I am brand new to this game and I need help choosing a class. Here are the ones im interested in:
Gladiator - i like swords
Moon Lord - swords + magic = sick
Warden - bows + magic = sick
Tempest - good pvp?
Pyromancer - love fire
Dragoon - love spears, do they have the final fantasy jump attack?
Valkyrie - sounds most interesting but also most janky

So please answer these questions + any other comments are welcome:
How much demand is there for these classes in party (especially for Warden)?
How good are they in pvp?
How good is their farm / how hard is it to farm for this class?
Also do only some classes have awakening? What is awakening?

Right now I am leaning towards Valkyrie because they sound very unique but could also be crap.
2nd choice might be pyro.

As a new player I recommend Warrior/Archer or Tinker since they have awakening skills therefore you can get the most of the game ATM

Warden are really strong right now but are harder to gear than their counterpart, Snipers. You'll be constantly moving and doing damage.

If you go valk, keep in mind that they take a lot of effort to play efficiently.

Tinkerers don't have awakening skills right now. Only warrior, archer, and sorc have them atm.

Considering the fact that SEA didn't get it in their nov update, the chance of us getting it in our Nov update is low.

awakening is just extra skills, some are useless some not.

Go Tempest, damage and crit from your main stat while not being the in demand stat like Int.
