Getting ultimate theano weapon?

1. So you need 66k nightmare points to get it and people seem to be saying that you need around 10 weeks to get 1 weapon but the nightmare points reset every update so how does this even work? Can you put nightmare points in server storage or something???

2. Other than ultimate theano gears, what should I trade for if I wish to make some gold out of it?

Nightmare points don't reset every update. People were saying it would reset pre-93 nightmare update because that's what happened in the other versions.
