pretty much your account is perm gone if you never accepted the server transfer agreement.

Okay, since according to your comment you accepted the transfer agreement, here's what you need to do before you can play DN again:

Step 1) Go to the main DNNA page and select the option to login at the top. http://us.dragonnest.com/main

Step 2) Login using the e-mail address and password you set up when you filled out the transfer agreement.

Step 3) Look for the confirmation e-mail that should be sent to the address you set up and click the link to verify your account.

Step 4) Log in to Dragon Nest.

Assuming they didn't have a deadline for reclaiming your account, you should be able to get it back if you follow these steps.
