Does anyone know the how to calculate elemental damage?
    I found a formula on reddit for calculating it : elemental dmg = damage * (1 + % of elemental dmg/100)
not sure if its correct or not. Is the damage your highest phy/mag dmg stat? for example, if I had 90k-100k phy dmg, would the damage on the formula be 90k or 100k?

Your damage is a range, so every time you cast a spell you'll be using a random number between 90-100k for the damage calculation. The elemental% would be applied to whatever random number was rolled.

If you're trying to calculate how much an item will increase your overall DPS based on the elemental% it gives, you should probably just use the average (95k)
