Other servers did not receive instantly after 93 cap was released so my guess is this is intentional. Give it some time and it should be up and working.

Is because is a "patch thing". Most of the servers doens't have the patch with the 93 transfer. So, we need to wait. I dont know if they will bring it here faster, but we need to wait.
