Although this is my first post using this account, this is not really my first ever dn forum post. Until today, I've been using the account with forum name as goflvhxj963 and I was banned few minutes after making my last post about wishing good thanksgiving for everyone to spend and giving my opinions on iona weapons at the same time. Apparently I was banned for "spam" though I've no idea how my posts until now are considered spam in general. I've already submitted my complaints using 1 on 1 inquiry in dn site and you probably won't even read it since today's thanksgiving, although it feels pretty stupid for me to say this since based on other players' experience in asking ED for assistance, you guys don't seem to be reading their tickets even during non-holiday season.

I honestly have no idea how you could consider a perfectly normal post as spam and decided to ban me "PERMANENTLY" without a single hesitation; I mean for quite out loud, you banned me literally few minutes after I made my last post.
Seriously, this type of mistake you just made along with numerous bugs you continue to ignore pretty much show how incompetent you're being right now and I honestly feel really stupid being over-hyped when Nexon gave up the game.
Events, monthly update to keep getting upbeat, fine, sounds like a good approach to keep people getting into the game but you need to take a look at the fundamental problem here. I mean how obvious and basic is this? Don't you always check for bugs in the game before finalization and releasing it to users? This logic pretty much applies to anything in life no matter what you do;
you need to at least create a system that can function normally while keeping the standard level. The events are just extras that are supposed to come after, know what to prioritize first and get your shit together you Erectile Dysfunctional company.
