    I'm writing this because I am just so shocked at what is being called customer service here. After being told that my ticket would be addressed by the proper people, almost a week and a half later, they close the ticket without even bothering to tell me a yes or no. I recall this happening with someone else as well. I will try again, but this is unacceptable. Very disappointed.

    Yeah the same thing happened to Pogi (probably other guy you are talking about). He pretty much lost his account and gave up on it. A few weeks later after the thread, he told me that they put a 30 year ban on his account
