Just gonna say, if they haven't given anything to other players, or the community (guides, information, and/or calculations), then they shouldn't be considered top tier. Elite or good maybe, but not top tier.

Then it really turns into a popularity contest. Naturally you help the surrounding commuinty in game if you're "top tier" in PvE content due to any information sharing regarding the content or classes.etc. This also needs to consider their effort from Nexon forums.

Min carries me on all 3 of my idn hc clearing teams so I can go poor faster, very nice fishician.

Want to elaborate how a Fishician carries? There is 4-5 people on that team that are progressing the boss's hp and getting dmg outputs that are x5-x10 the Fish's dps.

Yea ofc my dude. Just to be clear I wasn't being completely srs since were not actually in 3 teams together and it's a 8man raid, no one is really carrying anyone unless someone always dead. Even the highest dps on a team doesn't mean they're carrying. I say Min carries me because she rarely dies even when the saint is dead I know there's still a healer to keep me and everyone alive, gives CC for punishers so it doesn't cronk the entire team, physician ult is great for dps checks and that extra 25mil dps is better than what most people do on a dps class.

Also she keeps me awake during runs because idn is boring af already and makes me try harder to clear just by being there so yeah she literally carries me no lie. No other fish can do dis

I can understand DPS classes, but how do you rate a Saint? By gear? Popularity? Especially when all heals are percentage based, pre-awakening.
