    Send a ticket talking about my Chronicle rewards, which I still have not received since day 1, none of them. Send another about how half my gold mysteriously disappeared with no explanation.

    And instead of giving me my items, instead of atleast answering me, they close both my tickets without explanation. Send another, closed immediately.

    Perfect customer service.
