Cherry Credits secretly running NA?

I sent a ticket regarding my Chronicle pet being physical despite being accepted on my Sorc. I forgot all about it til recently and I checked my DN email and found out I got a response from Cherry Credits? I mean I guess it might make sense if Eyedentity somehow hired them to manage us since they are more familiar with English but this is just weird.

PS - nothing was done and the ticket was closed. lul. Guess some things never change.

Eyedentity run, publish, and manage our game. CherryCredits manages our tickets... publicly speaking.

Pretty sure Cherry Credits basically runs NA and SEA now though.

but no, in all seriousness, going through his previous posts, including this one, all of it is slander or misdirected anger without solutions... stuff that belongs in rants and raves. Speaking your mind is one thing. This is another.

I have to agree with aaron. I know I haven't really said a lot of good myself recently, but I at least tried to explain why it was the case (most recently, lack of viable gold-making methods outside of raids, FD items, and apple farming), and provided possible solutions if any came to mind.

BigBeef, on the other hand, has mostly 1-2 line posts that ultimately boil down to raging/slandering without actually helping.

Thought since I'm on the topic, I noticed the 5-minute wait between posts/comments when I tried to post this comment initially. Is that helping slow down the bots, by any chance?

I'm just tired of having to go via a third party to get tickets answered. It takes twice as long before any action is implemented.
I hope a better support system is set up soon ~
