Im so confused

So I recently came home from boarding school and I was going to download and play Dragon nest but then I couldn't find a way to retrieve my account. Like I agreed to the whole transfer back in August but I dont see a option to retrieve my nexon account. So what do I do? I agreed to the transfer waaay before the deadline and now I cant get my account please help.

Ok completely forget my first comment I figured out how to transfer but now the actual website "log in" button wont work and I cant verify my account. Like I cant log in because the actual "log in" button does not work at all it is completely glitched and now I seriously cant log in. Please help

I just saw someone else in game shouting for the same problem - the login button not working.

I tried it out, not working for me either

guess we gotta wait for it to be fixed
