My guild leveled downwards and ticket got canceled

So my guild "Spaceship" some how went from level 6, 7, 8 and then back to 6 when we tried to go for level 9. I've already sent a ticket about this on the exact day as the problem occurred on(Nov 18) and after all the information I've provided to Cherry Credit's email, today I just received an email from them saying that my ticket has been closed.

I don't know what's up with this. I know we can always start a new guild and start over since our guild level isn't really high. But we're a small guild (less than 5 members) and we don't got much time to play. So it wasn't easy for us to level up the guild.

If you look at it upside-down, it kinda looks like it's now level 9, so there's that.
But seriously this sucks. Don't even know how this can even happen :/
