Not sure but I know Cherry Credits forwards the tickets to the DN side of their company. There seems to be a glitch depending what 'drop down topic' you list. You can try sending it with a different 'drop down topic'. All of mine get closed with an email reply that always says they are forwarding it to the DN side. I think they are still in the process of fixing the 'forwarding to DN side' stuff. Sorry
