Bubble system for alchmeits

Hello all, right now I'm noticing a bug where alchemists are only able to stack up to 10 bubbles when it should be 20. Is this just me and my group of friends or this seen by every alchemist as well? Yaya

yes, they messed up the bubbles, too. So now we lose big on DPS and dmg reduction.

Btw, what was the point of removing 4 bubbles on cocktail? Ridic. only 1 bubble?
