Rixty and Canadians ?

For some reason I'm unable to get the full amount whenever I make Eyetotal purchases off Rixty when it's supposedly a 1:1 ratio. Even though I pay the conversion rates from CAD to USD, Dragon Nest won't go through with the purchase unless I add a few more cents/dollars into my Rixty account. Has this ever happened to anyone that's from Canada ? I also purchase my cards from PCgamesupply.

try topping up straight through rixty instead of through pcgamesupply? rixty has a paypal option.
