so when i open the game everything is fine but when i get to the login screen it says unable to connect to the login world, is there a fix for this? also the patcher tells me theres an error when i try to open it it says ''File copy failed'' it only opens when i go to the game folder and then choose dragon nest but like i said i get the login problem if i click that

Is there any other information beyond "file copy failed"?
For example, does it mention a specific file not working?
Is there any kind of error code or something?
Unless we know what the precise problem is, the only possible workarounds I can give you are:
1) To try reinstalling it.
2) If that doesn't work, then if you can use the other means of playing it. This means if you are trying to use Steam and it's not working, try the standalone client. If the standalone client isn't working, try using Steam.
