How to solve the patching issue!!

Hey Guys! This is GM Arch Heretic!!


I see many of you are having trouble with patching update... And I had the exact same problem right after we finish the update.

Actually, during the maintenance, we applied new downloading system for launcher. Maybe this is the reason why you guys stuck in updating.

For me, I could find the way to solve the issue.

If there is an error message appear during the downloading, you can just egnore the message and press ok and press start button again. This was helpful for me.

But, if this doesn't simply work for you, you can try our new downloading system. it is on our website, download tab.

Try download whole file which is compressed by .zip file.

I strongly believe downloading whole fille will solve your issues!!

That doesnt work either!. I have tried everything everyone has suggested. And when I try to log in for 1:1 inquiry, before I can send my request, it says page has timed out, and barely a minute has passed. This is really really frustrating.

Theres another solution on DN discord, stickied on the lounge chat. Works.

Thanks, Dean50 and windhelm, It now works for me. Just downloaded the patch directly from the url in the log file and added it to DN folder.

Okay, I found a fix.

Here is what worked for me:

Download patch manually here:   http://patchus.dragonnest.com/Game/D...ch00000579.pak
Click show in folder. And then drag drop the file into DN folder ( same folder dnlauncher is located)
Start Dnlauncher and it should do the work.
