Hello! I haven't been playing Dragon Nest for too long, and I saw that a character called Arch Heretic is available for a limited time. If I were to use this character, would it be taken away on the last day of the availability date(February 16th)?

Hi Kenny, welcome back to dragon nest.
The limited time just means that you can only create the Arch Heretic within the time frame specified, but after you create it, you can keep him forever! Have fun making one! It's starts getting super easy to level at around level 15-17 or so. -

The difference here though is that nexon was our publisher when DH and SH were decided to be permanent, which I'm assuming was different code on their part, and ED has a history of not fiddling with old code. This time however, ED is the one giving us the publisher code for Arch Heretic stuff, so it's entirely feasible that they will take it out in the future when they implement patches that are from kdn, where it has already been removed. I would just make a lvl 1 ah, sh, and da just to be safe.
