Is it allowed/not bannable to have multiple accounts? A friend told me that I'll get IP blocked if I make too many accounts and I'm having trouble believing it.

They are probably getting banned for multi logging. Other than that, no you cannot get banned for having multiple accounts.

Doesn't specifically say anything against having multiple accounts at the moment, but it's common knowledge not to abuse events that are "per account"... but it's hardly enforced.

nexon let you make 5 accounts a month (didnt enforce going over) so it wouldn't have made much sense if there was suddenly a limit after the transfer
