NA getting the Racer set or not?

Hey guys, just curious... Will NA actually be getting the Racer set, or nope? I've been hearing tons of reasons as to why and why it won't be released in NA and it's confusing as heck!

I don't know when that was said, the update was spoken on last Friday. There will be Rajuul Costume and Synthesis Costume on next update

which synth is it, the racing one or the marching band one

I assume it'd be the Racer set, we won't be getting the Marching band set as it was released as a costume for the server transfer
