I get an error every time I try to buy it "you cannot purchase anymore from dragon vault"

There is a possibility that you already have one of the items it offers as active. Say for example you have a marketplace place, then I believe it won't let you purchase a new one until the current expires.

If you have any of the following active, you cannot purchase pro pack:

Crest slot expansion
Talisman slot expansion
Skill up Crest
Marketplace pass

If you have any of these, you must wait until they expire except MP pass, you can simply destroy it.
