Are Returned Hero party bonuses working?

Unless I'm wrong with how it works, you just need to be in the party with a player who has the New/Returned hero in order to benefit from the party point bonus right? Well, I did all 6 runs of Daidalos Nest with one but each one only yielded 250 points as if he did not have the bonus.

are you the returned hero or is someone else? it might be that you only get it if someone else is the returned hero

I'm not the one with the returned hero. It was the cleric in the party.
