I posted this in another place and then my guildies told me in discord to post @ you... please help!

• Hi, It's Dumbledore, lvl 93 Saint...and resident Nerd. Currently in Havoc, Previously in DaMuffins. I went to log in this morning and received the message "your account has been temporarily banned" here's the SS
  
  I need assistance with this right now as I have not done anything of the sort. The only thing I can think of that would flag this? I recently got one of those abundant talismans, from the guild thingy or whatever, this is the second time i've gotten one, the first time I was told how to use daredevil faire by the GM in game to leave early after killing the boss and that's how to use it to make some gold and that you can keep running that over and over that way, and I messed it up and accidentally didn't leave on time so this time when I got it I made sure to leave straight after killing the boss and it worked I had 40 of those entry keys for there, and ran that dungeon until I had 6 left and was exhausted.. I ran a few other nests then logged out. I woke up this morning to this message. Please help because this is messed up beyond messed up. I have worked SO hard on my character and I have bought costumes and cash items such as the extra crest and talisman slot and right now I am pretty upset... I made like 500 gold. running in the free time I had in the past day and a half. So how would that trigger this message? In case that's not it, and it's some program conflict, I'll list my PC security, I have Norton Premium and Malwarebytes anti malware pro. Please help! If need be I can also upload a SS of being told to run Daredevil faire that way... if that's what has caused this. I have not ever bought gold. I stay broke in this game and work my butt off.

Im sure you'll get your account back soon~ this is probably just the work of the ridiculous automatic banning system that ED put to avoid having to get involved lol.

But still, people like this will get banned, but idiots running around in +12 IDNLs who obviously bought mountains of gold dont face any repurcussions... Ive given up on these stupid devs/GMs/whoever is in charge of this.

I was able to log in this morning, I received an email from cherry credits? I guess thats the name of whoever does the tickets. maybe thats the parent company who owns the game idk. They asked me for my email and 3 char names and my DOB... is that normal? I replied to the email and went to sleep, woke up, and had no reply back but I tried to log in and I can! yay! so, I'm back but I'd like to know how this happened in the first place this caused me a lot of stress, those of us who work our butts off on our chars and love this game have a lot invested into it, time, money, such as extra crest slot and talisman and costume, and for this to happen to me once when I've never done anything wrong makes me wonder whats to stop it from happening again? I agree with what Sikme said in his post, about people who run around wearing +12 L grades and have often wondered how they have that much gold... I think there are people buying gold here in game obviously. So, what is this auto ban system you are talking about? I am really at a loss for words right now. Glad to have my account back, but concerned as I need to know how and why I was targeted and whats to prevent it from happening again.
