Will i be able to play once again?

long long ago this game came to life, so i made an account, got my beta wings and raided around. but before the level 50 update IIRC i had to move... outside the US, and thus was unable to play this game since nexon had a strict US+canada+australia only ban. (proxies weren't/aren't an option, and i got some neat stuff on this server, plus my friends were here so no reason to play SEA)

but now ding dong the witch is dead, game's on new hands and i wonder... will i finalle be able to play my character again? for info i'm in central-america.
