Why is General discussion the only way to get anyone at EYEdenity's attention?

What is the point of posting in other section when people will rarely even get the attention of any of the mods, not even the Copypasta of bringing it up to X team. I mean this game is currently a mess from almost top to bottom and we all know I mean Little band-aid fixes like taking some of the many suggestions in the Cash Shop suggestion threads might at least show you care even a littlle bit. It seems like the only way your attention can even be grabbed though is from post here in the general discussion instead of using the more focused sections.
