About Hidden crest 3 slot

I recently came back to the game after 6 months, now i got a big problem with the skills crests, the 3 extra slots are expired and i can't remove them anymore.... i thought of getting another new skill crest of the same skill and i can't use that one either. What should i do? Send in a ticket?

The only way to remove them again is to get the crest extension item in the Cash Shop. once it's activated youll be bale to remove them/replace them.
