Honestly If we had the option to buy EC or almost everything Cash related in MP. P2W wouldn't be look down upon too much.

This is really the point most people need to understand. ED does not want to allow cash shop trading because they do not view us as anything more than income. We are not considered players. Appealing to the player-base is less of a concern if the impact of players wants and needs interacts with potential income from the game.
