Removing Glow Effect from Weapons

Does anyone know how to remove the glowing effect weapons give off after you enhance them to a certain level?

You can toggle almost everything else, and I've read elsewhere that it's possible.

Only mods are able to do this.

Even if you were to disable it, if it's for FPS reasons, I doubt you would even gain 1 fps.

The glow effects don't put any kind of strain on the graphics compared to other skills from other classes
