So Does Eyedentity know how to manage their games properly? Anyone has any experience?

Seeing as they are the actual game developers, I'm sure they will take more care of DN than Nexon did. They'll also be able to address issues in game a lot sooner than Nexon can because our tickets are going directly to them and not through Nexon first.

I don't know for sure how well EyeD will do but let's take a look at Neople. Neople is in charge of DFO now (which also was dropped by Nexon)

It's doing very well right now. I can't say the same for DN but lets be real. Nexon has no idea how to make events. Also, for a game that quickly becomes stale (according to most people), captivating events are crucial in maintaining and gaining a playerbase.

DFO has a login event called honeytime, which rewards you on login time. But, it also has events that reward you for doing dungeons and leveling. On weekends, the more dungeons you do, the more EXP you get. Also doing dungeons gives a chance to drop skeleton keys which you need 3 to open their version of a dragon egg.

Also, with their latest class release, they had a minigame event which encouraged you to do dungeons because doing dungeons gave you more entries to the minigame.

As you can see, this type of system is really encouraging people to actually do something besides afk in town.

I'm positive that EyeD will think of ways to build their player base up.
