Can we get the Gem Fix?

You guys fixed less important bugs in the patch on the 18th, can you possibly squeeze in the bugged wise gem fix?
Wise gems has been stuck at 3.2% Intellect and supposed to be 4%.... In total this is quite a big loss in power and many players including myself will be quite thankful if you managed to hurry and fix one of the more important bugs

There are quite a few important bugs that need fixing (Arch Heretic's Ultimate for example), but I haven't gotten any word that they'll be fixed and the patch notes don't exactly make me hopeful.. Its kind of a let down to see two small bug fixes as the only bug fixes posted..
