Black Mara, 2nd specialization quest

I reached level 90 with my Black Mara and I got the awakening quest, however, merchant Parjo won't let me take the quest unless I finish my 2nd specialization quest first. Where is that quest?

The Internet is incredibly unhelpful for this game (it's as if the game had been released yesterday), at least for the NA server and it frustrates me. The only data I found was that the quest is given by sorceress Stella in Saint's Haven, however, that's for SEA. Stella has nothing in NA.

Does the Specialisation quest not show up under Remote Quests? That's usually where I find such quests, for any class.

the awakening quest doesnt work for "dark"/side-story characters, because they're already awakened with the level 50 quests.

Yeah when you hit lvl 45-50 you should get a Specialization quest for Black Mara. It should be located in Quests under the Remote Tab and you just accept it.

Nope, the remote quest tab shows Parjo only! And he won't let me take the quest unless I finish my 2nd specialization quest class. I don't know what to do.
