As stated in the title, I've purchased $30 ec and only got 1 baralika. One reason I could think of is because the additional rewards are sent based on how much ec you spent instead of how much ec you purchased.

If so, this is false advertisement. The event clearly states that 'according to how much you purchased, you will acquire additional rewards'. So is this 2 missing baralika a mistake or a misinterpretation?@Dean50

If you actually read the event, it was pretty clearly how much ET/EC you spent.

"In the case of Gifting, the spending is calculated under the sender's account" "DNP is not eligible for this event"

I got the same thing. The post was extremely ambiguous and led me to believe i just needed to buy EC.

I submitted a ticket requesting the rewards out of good will and I suggest you do the same.

It seems like they've extended the event to Friday, but I've already put enough money into this with nothing to show for it. They're just trying to milk us even more.

What about those of us who under the assumption that we only had to purchase the EC, went ahead and spent it on something other than our Black Mara.
I already put in a ticket, but I would really appreciate it if I could get 2 more Balalikas to account for the $20 I spent on the wrong character due to this misunderstanding.
