    [PSA] Didn't get your Baralika weapon? - Send a Ticket.

    Call to Action - POST YOUR TICKET NUMBER IN THIS THREAD

    Seems a lot of people are having complaints/trouble with their Baralika the Hurricane weapon rewards for a variety of reasons,

    • Didn't SPEND the EC/ET , misleading event description. This is true. Send a ticket.

    • Unclear about 1 or 5 weapons for 10-50k ec/et spent. Also true. Send a ticket.

    • You missed the deadline by 30 minutes. Say you missed the deadline by 30 minutes in a ticket. Send a ticket.

    ◘ Additionally, tell your friends & guildmates to send a ticket if they are also having issues.

    The more tickets that are sent in about the same problem, the likelihood of being compensated, or helping your friends get compensated for the issue is increased dramatically.

    Also, send a ticket for the other rewards too if anything similar applies.

    I have also reported the issue about the wording of the ad to the team, so please sit tight!

    EDIT: The event has been extended to Sunday. Please spend your bought ET/EC if you did not receive the rewards. Sorry for the inconvenience!

      Hi. since you extended the event for baralika, ive spent my 20k EC yesterday which i bought on May31. I was wondering if when are you guys gonna drop my Baralika? Thanks.

    Please and thank you. The 10k ET/EC thing was super misleading and if changed to 10k for 5 weapons, it would really help the community as a whole.

    Ticket is 305134. I will keep the community updated on my status and whether or not I am given the additional two Balalikas for spending 30,000 EC (I have only received one).
