Pretty sure this is the right place to post this.

So, I agreed to the server transfer and everything seemed fine until I logged in recently before the server went down. Despite having already done the server transfer agreement, it popped up again and made me re-do it. However, upon completing it, it then gave me an error message saying it failed and after that, I was unable to click the server agreement thing to check it out. I never got my confirmation e-mail, but neither have a lot of people, so that doesn't really worry me. What really worries me is how it made me re-do it, then it failed. So.. Is there something I'm missing, or should I be ready to create a new account?

There was a glitch according to Bahlaan. Some of us got the pop up thing several times throughout this period. Bahlaan said it didn't mean anything. My account had that happen and I still got the email so don't worry.

Okay, I got that e-mail then. I was worried at first, because I didn't see anything, but then I looked in my Spam folder and it was there.


...I'm...not sure whether to be relieved or concerned about that, but at least I got it. Assuming it's confirmation that the transfer request went through. So we can just log in using the information we used, right? Once the servers are up, that is.

That email is a very good indicator that the transfer went well. If it helps alleviate your fear at all... I sent in a ticket with regards to the issue of the service transfer agreement popping up multiple times to Nexon. A GM confirmed for me that even though the transfer popped up twice; it only accounts for the first agreement. My account was successfully transferred and I went through the same error-message after trying a second transfer agreement that you did, so I wouldn't be concerned.

I wouldn't worry about nto getting an email until a bit after the servers up if i were you. There's no telling where in the transfer process they are as of 2pm PST Whoops I was thinking Eastern time XD
