On a not-so serious note, this is probably the funniest thing I've had happen because of DN in a while. Also, the shitty emoticon really sealed the deal for me on this second picture. Guess eyedentity got wind of Nexon's latest offer and tried to step up their game lol.

On a serious note though, at this point its pretty clear there's a third party source screwing with my launcher, as overwatch isn't even associated with eyedentity, so there's no plausible way the source could be anywhere mildly related to the official sources (not that there was any doubt anyway, I doubt nexon would send me cheeky advertiser links to a game that would earn them no profit, it just doesn't make sense from a business standpoint.

Also neither nexon nor eyedentity go full balls of the walls lewd, so...

Yea that's what I considered initially but I'm absolutely certain that can't be the case. I just followed through with a restore point quite a bit earlier and my computer is a school issued laptop so aside from DN I have nothing sketchy itself installed.

I have no idea what the source is and figured I'd put it here because I was laughing way more than I should have. Of course, to be safe, running a malwarebytes scan to hopefully get rid of anything that may have lied dormant in my stuff lol.

Worth noting though, the patch is going incredibly slowly. I have an average download speed of like 12-25 Mbps but somehow I've only just now reached the 7/7 bar, yet it says the filesize is only like 500 mbs.

It's just about downloaded but just as a safety precaution I would totally advise people to redownload the full game from the newer official site rather than use Nexon's previous version for obvious reasons as shown in this trainwreck of a thread lol.
