Switching costume stats

Is there something that I can purchase that will allow me to take the stats from a new costume and put them on an old costume, like switching them? If so where do I find it because I really like an old costume I have and i wanna use it because it looks bad ***, but with the stats of the new costumes, kinda need to have them equiped...

Just building on this.
1. Does the costume piece with the new stats disappear after it's used?
2. Can you server storage the costume piece after you transferred stats?

!: You take the look of one and the stats of another and combine them. So the look gets transferred to the stats item, turning it into the same rarity and making it untradeable. You loose both pieces because they become one piece; they have the name and look of the piece you chose to keep looks for but the stats and rarity of the one you chose to fuse the stats onto.

2: Only epics can be server storaged, so if you hybridized a magic onto a rare or a rare onto a rare then no you could not.
