    I was purchase ET with subway card. The purchase was completed and my subway card balance went to zero but I got no ET.
    please help me

      Yes, please put this in the account billing section so that the appropriate GM will be able to see it!

      Also please send in a ticket and provide the ticket number and IGN. We can't do anything based off of just your forum information.
