Not really sure what you're asking, but as far as I know, no accounts been deleted as of recent.

However, we did have a service transfer last year and if you failed to sign up for it, then you would've lost your account.

Seems like a failure to notify.

There was an in game prompt upon logging in where you could accept the transfer and have your account carried over during the transfer process, had 3 months to accept or your account got deleted. What they didn't do which they should've was to send out emails, there goes cheap ED for ya.
