There's a limit (can't remember if weekly, daily, or monthly) on EC you can buy. If you really need currency, go only to rixty or cvs and buy gift cards to turn into ET. A bit roundabout, but it'll work.

I havn't purchased any EC in several weeks though. They Eye Total says the same thing, so even if I did buy rixty or a gift card for ET it would say the same message before I could do the transaction. This happened after the patch, was working fine before and it's never said this msg

Oh [GM] DENTITY turns out you guys just updated the terms of sale, as it wasn't there before the patch.

"To prevent any abusing scheme through point charge back or unexpected issue, account grade will be set by point spending history. 1) C grade is given to an account who never refill the EYE Cash : Max 50 USD per a day 2) B grade is given to an account who spend under 500 USD : Max 70 USD per a day 3) A grade is given to an account who spend under 1,000 USD : Max 100 USD per a day 4) S grade is given to an account who spend over 1,000 USD : Max 200 USD per a day 5) SS grade is given to an account who spend over 5,000 USD : Max 500 USD per a day" source

Seems like I'm B grade for only having 70 EC left in my account history (balance). All my previous transactions have been wiped. Should update account purchase history to up the grading system for veteran players. (No one spends ec daily, should talk to management to improve their marketing research. EC spending happens all at once whenever new content is released)
