how long was your password that you set?

There's a 10 character limit, so if your password that you set was over 10 characters only type up to 10 of them.

also you can always do a password reset..

I used the same username and password I had on my transfer account--which I have no idea how to access because all of that happened. I have a 16 character password.

the same happened to me I just clicked "forgot password" and reset the password with the same password I had before and it worked like a charm
