I mean, it costs 180 tokens so I'm pretty sure it's not just a coupon to buy it from vault. It would have low stats though ~

I would like someone to confirm this too, since the wording in the description seems to imply it's just a "discount".
(It could be a 100% discount, making it free, but we can't be sure.)

Does nayone knows the grade from the set? I heard it would be Rare or Magic

Most likely it'll be rare.

Now whether or not it'll have 2017 costume stats or early 2016 costume set bonuses is unclear.
